Whiplash

Fender bender!! Fender broken.

On the only day mom & I had to jaunt around town, we were rear ended sitting at a light! Oops! In the rain, a very young driver 2 cars back cause this damage. I hope she was not texting. This is her car!!



Walking into the house that evening, I felt my neck tensing up. On site we signed for no injuries as the firetruck and ambulance were checking on us.

Mom and I both started a natural approach with oils for Whiplash!!

Deep Blue, AromaTouch, Lemongrass, & Peppermint

We layered these oils on 3 times before bed. DeepBlue to help with pain, AromaTouch helps with muscles, Lemongrass helps ligaments & last Peppermint helps drive the oils to work!

We awoke on next day with absolutely no pain. My neck did NOT tighten into a knot!!! We avoided what often is the worst of whiplash on the next day! I'm learning our bodies know what to do with essential oils and not synthetics. Read your oil labels because aromatic only will not do justice. Ask me about DoTerra Essential Oils!! I may even have a sample!!

Damage to Mom's car was estimate 2k with 10 days in the shop!!



I'm ever so thankful my girls were not with me!! That's Jesus protection!!!

Migraine

I'm not prone to headaches. Yet, I think last night I had a migraine. I tried the standard oils... peppermint, Deep Blue, helichrysum... and they did not put a dent in the throbbing pain behind my eyes. I headed to sleep early.

I awoke at 2 a.m. with my head yet throbbing. This hour I used frankincense forehead and peppermint at elbows n behind knees to cool down. It helped. I slept the rest of the night and woke pain free.

I could still feel tinges as a reminder of the headache... thankfully without pain. I again used Frankincense on my tempels & forehead and had a great day!!

Thankful to Jesus the great physician!!! ss

Warts

My 9yo had 2 unsightly warts. One placed on each hand. We treated them with what the Dr. recommended with no success.

New to DoTerra essential oils... I decided to give oils a try.

We first used the recommended Oregano. Did you know that is a hot oil? My daughter found it to be quite hot when it accidentally got on her face.

Next, we used Frankincense. I liked it's smell better, but this was an expensive oil. Would something else work?

Finally, we used Lemon. In a mini vial she was able to treat herself. One day picking n pulling on the wart she made it bleed. We still treated it with the Lemon oil. Reminded every now and again... morning and night... and anytime we remembered.

September 9!!! The last one FELL OFF!!! Her hands are totally clean!! Not a mark at all!!! I wish I had this as a kid... but instead have a scare where one was burnt off.
